Volunteer

We rely on our regular volunteers at TRACKS and welcome those who enjoy working with children and who would like to learn more about Autism. We currently have a range of volunteers from all walks of life and age groups.

What we are looking for:

Someone who can offer us a regular afternoon or morning.
Someone who is interested in or has experience in working with young children.
Someone who wants to know more about autism or who has experience with some level of autism that they would like to develop.
Must be willing to undertake a DBS check (arranged for and paid for by us).

What we can offer you:

A regular role as part of our specialist team.
Up to date training in Safeguarding and STEPS,
Experience in a highly specialised setting.
Training (if available) run by the local authority on supporting children with autism.
An induction package that will ensure that you feel comfortable and confident in your role with us.
An opportunity to work in a unique environment and gain knowledge and experience of what we do.

If this interests you, please contact Gaby at TRACKS autism to arrange a visit and a chat.
